But no, this reunion appears to be the real deal. Perhaps more interesting than the two actors putting their differences aside is the second part of the Instagram post, where Van Damme promises a “Big announcement” coming soon. This would be monumental for ‘90s action fans, as it could be the first time the two share the screen.
Seeing these two heavyweights finally make amends feels like witnessing the unexpected final act of an Expendables movie.
