Australian comic book writer, playwright and screenwriter Tom Taylor shared a video on Facebook today that starts off pretty standard, with a young couple who seem to be in love making their way through a jovial theme park in what looks like the Halloween season. Suddenly, chaos erupts when a body falls from the sky, and people at the park start tearing at their flesh and screeching like…the undead.
The couple is separated in the crowd, and we barely get a moment to process that the young woman has been trampled when we see…Wonder Woman! She’s here to save the day! Oh wait…She’s a zombie. We follow the young man as he encounters more and more zombies along the way, running into Harley Quinn, whacking a zombified Joker with her massive mallet.
Batman arrives in his batmobile to save the day, zooming in through the zombie-lined streets before hopping out of the car to engage in epic hand-to-hand combat, fighting the zombie horde on his own. It isn’t long before even Batman falls to the zombie-like virus.

We finally have a live-action video of DCeased! DCeased is a world-renowned six-issue comic series that initially hit shelves from May to October of 2019, telling the chilling and undead story of what happened on an alternate Earth where the living dead took over. Thanks to a corrupted version of Darkseid’s Anti-Life Equation, almost everyone on Earth has been infected by this zombie-like virus. Lois Lane narrates the weeks that follow the outbreak as the world, and even the heroes that are meant to protect it, fall to the virus.
Tom Taylor, New York Times bestselling author and DC comic book writer, shared the video on Facebook with the caption, “THIS is happening.” A live-action movie for DCeased? “The DCeased Maze!” Wait what? We aren’t getting a movie, but for the first time in DC history, we are getting an interactive Halloween experience through the tumultuous events of the DCeased storyline!
DC’s DCeased Maze has just been announced on the Warner Bros. Movie World Fright Nights website, detailing everything we need to know about the theme park that is turning the number one bestselling comic book series into a terrifying maze for DC fans to enjoy for the first time ever.

With all our favourite superheroes brought to life (or rather unlife), DC fans get to make their way through the terrifying streets of the alternate Earth where Darkseid’s Anti-Life Equation has wreaked havoc on the heroes that are supposed to defend Earth but are now the ones endangering it.
