Playtonic Games have revealed the release date for their highly anticipated game Yooka-Laylee along with a new trailer.
Playtonic Games have revealed that Yooka-Laylee would be heading to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux on the 11th of April 2017.
Unfortunately due to some technical issues the team experienced the Wii U version has been canceled.
“Despite our best efforts and exploring every possible avenue, we’ve encountered unforeseen technical issues that unfortunately mean it will be impossible for us to release the game on Wii U as initially planned.”
The team is however hard at work in trying to bring the game to Nintendo’s new console the Switch and are working closely with them in achieving this.
The new trailer that has been released features a new area called Capital Casino and includes evil security guards and slot machines.
