It’s been a quiet few months for the Yeezy brand, at least on this side of the world. The last featured drop was back in March.
That said, Kanye West and adidas have once again paired up for an all-new release of the adidas Originals YEEZY 500 HIGH Tyrian.
The new YEEZY 500 HIGH Tyrian features a moulded upper composed of cow suede, along with a mix of premium leather and elastane.
The upper also includes a padded collar for a supreme fit and comfort while on the move.
In terms of the detailing, the sneaker features reflective piping around the lace eyelets, which add visibility in low-light conditions.
The look is completed by means of no-tie bungee laces, which allow for easy on and off wear.
The midsole includes a rubber wrap, which provides support and abrasion resistance. This is coupled with adiPRENE+ cushioning to absorb the impact in each stride, while optimising rebound. This is rounded off with a light rubber outsole to provide additional traction.
The adidas Originals YEEZY 500 HIGH Tyrian is set to drop on Saturday, 4th July 2020, and be available at a retail price of R3,499.
