If you ever wanted to try out a NBA2K game, now might be the perfect time. The game is currently selling for just R44.95 on the Xbox One South Africa store.
As part of the Xbox Super Saver Sale, NBA2K20 is currently discounted at 70% off.
Although it does have a few issues, namely the myriad of microtransactions that continue to plague the series, the latest NBA instalment from Take-Two Interactive Software is still a fun, great-looking basketball game that fans of the sport and the series should definitely give a go.
The game scored 82% in our recent review, with Daniel praising its great-looking visuals and smooth animations.
Of course, that’s not the only title you can find for sale on the Xbox One South Africa store. Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – Game of the Year Edition is selling for just R124.50. Dragon Age: Inquisition – Game of the Year Edition is selling for R74.75. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes costs R25.35. FIFA The Journey Trilogy (that’s three games) is selling for only R199.80.
Currently, both Playstation and Xbox are running various sales. As gamers find themselves in the midst of various levels of lockdown and self-isolation around the world due to the Covid-19 pandemic, both platforms have shown kindness by dropping the prices of certain A titles, even giving a few away for free.
It has also been rumoured that the Steam Summer Sale could go live on the 25th of June 2020.
It seems that there will be more than enough to keep gamers occupied in the coming months, especially since some of the year’s most anticipated releases will be coming out in the next few months.
