Microsoft has announced that their Xbox Game Pass service will be heading to eight new countries, including South Africa, starting on the 1st September.
Starting from the 1st of September the Xbox Game Pass will be available in Argentina, Brazil, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Turkey, UAE, and South Africa.
The service will only cost R159 per month, which is a really great price considering what the service offers. An Xbox Game Pass, which is basically a pseudo-Netflix-style game streaming service, gives players unlimed access to over one hundred great Xbox One and Xbox 360 games including Halo 5: Guardians, Payday 2, NBA 2K16 and LEGO Batman. Not convinced? There is also a 14-day free trial for those that want to test out the service before committing.
During their gamescom 2017 conference, Microsoft also revealed that seven new titles would be joining the service: Recore Definitive Edition, Metro Last Light Redux, Fable 2, Garou: Mark of the Wolves, 10 Second Ninja X, Hue and The Bridge.
It’s great to see the Xbox Game Pass service finally expanding to other countries.
