In sports games like UFC and FIFA, ratings are fundamentally important. Not only for the overall gameplay experience and identifying the standout athletes, but it also gives the fans something to debate endlessly. Whether it’s Messi or Ronaldo, McGregor or Khabib, every person wants to be the top dog of their respective game. For WWE 2K22, the tribe has spoken and picked the best of the best (for the game roster, of course).
The top-rated male superstar in WWE 2K22
While not all the ratings have been revealed to date, it’s safe to say that no one will beat Roman Reigns’ 95 score on WWE 2K22. He beats out Brock Lesnar who clocks in a 94, as the two lead the pack as the two most powerful superstars in the game. It does match with what’s currently unfolding on TV, though, since Lesnar and Reigns are set to do battle at WrestleMania 38 to decide who really is the best champion.
Many fans might point to Reigns’ rating being incredibly high and wondering if he does deserve a spot above greats like Triple H and the Undertaker, but there’s no disputing that he has been big cheese in the company for more than a year now. He’s dominant and has defeated everyone (mostly by choking them out) to become the Head of the Table, so it’s only fair that he’s acknowledged for his outstanding efforts as WWE’s #1 guy.

The top-rated female superstar in the WWE 2K22 roster
In the women’s division, “The Man” Becky Lynch is the top-rated athlete at 92, while Charlotte isn’t too far behind at 90. Again, this tracks with what’s happening on TV as Lynch is undoubtedly the standout performer in the division.
That said, it’ll be interesting to see what Ronda Rousey’s rating will be when it’s officially confirmed by 2K. Also, will Lita make an unexpected appearance?
The build-up to WWE 2K22
Judging by the initial reactions from the gaming media, it looks like WWE 2K22 is a massive improvement over WWE 2K20 and will be a return to the glory days of the past. The time away has allowed the developers to completely overhaul the title and deliver a fresh and exciting experience. It’s not too long now until the rest of us get to play WWE 2K22, which releases on 11 March 2022 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
