Disney has revealed that John C Reilly, Sarah Silverman and Jane Lynch will all return to voice their characters they made popular with Wreck-It Ralph in Ralph Breaks The Internet.
Ralph Breaks The Internet will be directed by Rich Moore (Zootopia) and Phil Johnston. It is slated to open in March 2018. “This time, Ralph’s wrecking wreaks havoc on the web–as only he can do,” Johnston said when the movie was announced. “The world of the internet is the perfect place to send Ralph and Vanellope. The scope and scale are so vast and the possibilities for comedy are endless.”
The first ‘Wreck-It Ralph’ movie, released in 2012, achieved the highest opening weekend ever for a Walt Disney Animation Studios film. The follow-up, which is set six years after the original film, will focus on Ralph’s adventures in the internet data space when a Wi-Fi router gets plugged into the arcade where he lives.
Sounds like our kinda’ fun.
