Get hooked on a feeling and stand a chance to win this awesome Star-Lord Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 T-Shirt.
For those who haven’t noticed, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 features a new costume design for Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord, aka Peter Quill. The design includes a grey tee with a coded message on it. But what exactly does it mean? It seems there is some mystery surrounding the meaning. The letters on Star-Lord’s shirt are from Territory Studios’ “Klyn” typeface. And no, it’s not “Yeah baby!”
“Somebody can, because it’s a real language apparently. They’ve created a real alphabet, but it’s from – I think, I might be making this up – I think it’s from a candy wrapper from the first movie.” said Pratt. “This is like a space brand of some kind so it’s like on my shirt the way anyone would be wearing an ironic Reese’s Pieces shirt or something like that.”
Some investigation has revealed that the text actually spells out the words: GEARS, SHIFT, DUST, CEMENT, STONE, ASH and A TENEYCK GALAXY INVENTION.
The Star-Lord T-Shirt is made from pure cotton fabric. It has a round neck collar style with long sleeves. The shirt is made in grey, the original colour as it is seen in the movie. Also, the tee can be used for a cosplay item. The logo has cryptic writings that are known as the Klyn language.
