It’s been eight years since the alien warrior last hit the big screen. And those last few films in the franchise really weren’t great. Could The Predator be the film to kickstart an all-new franchise? By the looks of it, yes. Here is your chance to find out. Empire Entertainment is giving three readers the chance to win double 3D tickets to see The Predator, which opens this Friday, 14 September 2018.
The Predator has long been considered one of the most iconic aliens in cinema history, alongside Ridley Scott’s xenomorph. The films have blended sci-fi and horror, offering fans a unique action franchise that has spawned comic books, novels and even a cartoon. The new film seems to take the franchise out of the familiar jungle setting to the small-town streets of suburbia. Although we’ve some of this before in Predator 2.

The Predator has an impressive cast that includes Boyd Holbrook, Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey, and Yvonne Strahovski.
