The new trailer released by Warner Bros. for The LEGO Batman Movie gives us a hilarious look at the relationship between Batman and his young sidekick, Robin.
The trailer just once again proves that combing anything with LEGO makes for a wining recipe. Will Arnett’s Batman is serious and gloomy preferring to stay in the shadows, while Michael’ Cera’s Robin is a quirky, cheery dreamer. Combining these two opposite personalities makes for some fun comedic moments. Our favorite part is when Robin is given a chance to select his superhero outfit, who wouldn’t want to get rid of those tight pants.
The LEGO Batman Movie is being directed by Chris McKay and features the voices of Will Arnett, Zach Galifianakis, Rosario Dawson, Ralph Fiennes, Mariah Carey, and releases in February 2017.
