Warner Bros. revealed the first trailer for King Arthur: Legend of the sword that introduces us to a streetwise young Arthur.
The legend of King Arthur has been re-imagined on screen many times before from live-action to animation. Now Warner Bros. is trying their hand at bringing the legendary tale to life on the big screen. The story follows Arthur who runs with his gang in the back alleys of Londonium. His life, however, changes the moment he grasps hold of the sword Excalibur and is forced to make some hard decisions. Arthur joins the resistance led by a mysterious young woman Guinevere. He must learn to master Excalibur in order to face down the evil tyrant Vortigern and become the rightful king.
The film is being directed by Guy Ritchie and stars Charle Hunnam, Jude Law, Djimon Hounsou, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, and is set for release in March 2017.
