Paramount Pictures has released the first full trailer for the upcoming reboot of the 1990s TV series, Baywatch.
While I have to admit the trailer doesn’t look half bad, I’m still undecided on whether I’d spend money to see this in theatres.
Baywatch, directed by Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses), also features Zac Efron as Matt, Alexandra Doddario as Summer (originally played by Nicole Eggert in the TV series), Quantico’s Priyanka Chopra as a villain, Billions actress Ilfenesh Hadera as Mitch’s love interest Stephanie, Kelly Rohrbach as C.J. Parker (Pamela Anderson’s old role), and Jack Kesy (The Strain) and Amin Joseph (G.I. Joe: Retaliation) in unknown roles. Plus, the film will give fans a blast from the past with appearances by Anderson and David Hasselhoff. The film has a May 19, 2017 release date.
