From Software has released a trailer for the Dark Souls 3 DLC called Ashes of Ariandel, and it looks equal parts gorgeous and terrifying.
In the Ashes of Ariandel DLC players will travel to an unnamed frozen land filled with new monsters to slaughter as they try to uncover a terrible secret. As expected the new trailer features its fair share of magic, horrifying creatures, and truly scary bosses, basically everything we’ve come to love about the franchise.
The DLC will include new weapons, armor sets, new magic, and new features for the game’s competitive multiplayer mode. Essentially, a bunch of cool new stuff to keep you frustrated and having fun.
The DLC will be launching in October 2016 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
