Funcom has released a new cinematic trailer for their upcoming sandbox game set in the Conan Universe called Conan Exiles.
The Conan Exiles Cinematic trailer sets up the game’s beginning as players will be abandoned in the desert to fend for themselves. The video shows Conan freeing a woman, who has been left to die in the desert, from a cross. It doesn’t take long for all hell to break loose as the two are attacked by vicious beasts. As can be expected Conan and the woman defeat the creatures before the trailer ends with the words “Survive, Build, Dominate”.
The game will launch through Steam Early Acess at the end of January and will be heading to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 at a later stage. The concept of an open-world survival game set in the Conan Universe sounds intriguing. What do you think?
