The first teaser trailer for Annabelle 2 makes the first film look like the piece of junk that it was. Helmed by Lights Out director David F. Sandberg, the sequel looks like it’s in good hands.
When a B horror film like Annabelle pulls in $256 million on a $6.5 million budget, the studio’s eyes light up and immediately order a sequel. Despite the negative feedback regarding the first Conjuring spinoff, the sequel seems to be stepping in the right direction, mostly thanks to David F. Sandberg.
