First released on PC twelve years ago, the Diablo-esque RPG Titan Quest will be heading to the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One next year.
Titan Quest sees players taking on the role of an unnamed protagonist as they set out to save the world. Players will need to travel to ancient Greece, Egypt and China in order to defeat the evil Titans after they escape from the respective prisons.
The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game will release on the 20th of March 2018, with the Switch version following soon after (although no date has been confirmed).
The console versions of the game will include the Titan Quest base game, as well as the ‘Immortal Throne’ expansion. It has, however, been revealed that the latest expansion ‘Ragnarok’ will not form part of the console version, although it will most likely be sold separately when the game releases.
There will also be a Collector’s Edition of the game released, which features a cool looking nine-inch replica of a Greek war helmet and some other goodies.
Titan Quest will be competing with the much more recent Diablo 3 on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, although there are currently no titles similar to the game on the Nintendo Switch.
