Konami Digital Entertainment has given fans of their PES series the chance to try out the latest entry series PES 2019 before the game officially releases.
Konami has announced that a demo for PES 2019 is available right now, giving fans the chance to experience the game before it officially releases at the end of this month. The demo is available worldwide on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam), and will give fans a taste of what is to come. The demo features among other things some of the world’s most recognised teams and players, according to Senior Director Brand & Business Development at Konami, Jonas Lyngaard.
“We are very excited to finally be able to share the PES 2019 demo with our fans. The demo features some of the world’s greatest teams and most high-profile players, and while this is only an introduction to the new game, we believe that this edition of PES will capture the hearts and minds of players who want to experience a game that is more true-to-life than ever before.”
The demo allows players to partake in an offline co-op mode and an online quick match mode. There will be two stadiums available to choose from, FC Barcelona’s Camp Nou or FC Schalke 04’s VELTINS-Arena and will also include 12 teams to pit against each other.
The final game will feature a number of new mechanics and innovations such as visible fatigue (which will affect a player’s performance and behaviour), new shooting mechanics and improved ball physics, bringing the game just that little closer to the real thing. PES 2019 is slated for release on the 30th of August 2018 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
