With the reboot of Stephen King’s It releasing in the next few months, Warner Bros. has created a 8-bit retro tie-in game called It: Enter The Sewer.
In It: Enter The Sewer, players get to control Georgies’s paper boat as it travels deeper into the evil clown’s lair. Along the way, players must avoid obstacles such as a missing children poster and, of course, the scary clown himself, Pennywise, as they collect balloons to build up their score. The game’s music alone is downright terrifying.
If you would like to give “It” a go then head over here and see if you can escape what lurks in the sewers.
Warner Bros. has also released an It VR experience aptly titled It: Float – A Cinematic VR Experience in which Pennywise himself guides you through the sewers of Derry.
The reboot of It is set to release in September 2017 and stars Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise, with Finn Wolfhard as one of the kids who face the terrors of the killer clown.
