With the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming in a few days, Mondo has done Sony a huge favour and actually released an awesome new poster for the film.
The marketing team behind Spider-Man: Homecoming have had a rough time with the film’s posters ahead of the film’s release. Fans have been actively complaining about the designs on social media, with many mocking the ‘Photoshopping’. And rightly so. They were horrendous. Poster design is one of the key aspects of film marketing that can either sell a film’s appeal or sink it. Sony has struggled to keep fans happy. Thankfully, somebody had the good sense to ask Mondo to design a poster.
The official Mondo poster shows Tom Holland’s Peter Parker caught in a spiral, with beautifully artistic images of the Webhead and the Vulture fighting in the city. It’s awesome and it’s the poster the film deserves. Well done Mondo!
