Following the disaster of Spider-Man 3, Sam Raimi planned on redeeming himself by doing Spider-Man 4. The film would have featured the Vulture, Mysterio and Black Cat. While the film was never made (because the series was rebooted), storyboard artist Jeffrey Henderson’s illustrations give us a good look at what could have been.
What if we had gotten to see John Malkovich as Vulture and Anne Hathaway as Black Cat? Although, Mysterio looks a lot like Bruce Campbell (who previously cameoed in the Spider-Man films) and Black Cat looks more like Angelina Jolie here.
