We’ve seen quite a few collaborations in the past between Warner Bros. and sneaker brands for Looney Tunes. This was especially true given the sequel for Space Jam in 2021. As such, we even saw the likes of Tommy Jeans X Looney Tunes. This week, sees Warner Bros. partner with Reebok for yet another Looney Tunes drop. The duo introduces the Reebok x Looney Tunes collection.
The latest drop is set to drop as a two-part collection. This includes both footwear and apparel for fans to enjoy. It marks the fifth collection between Reebok and Warner Bros., the first for the Looney Tunes brand.
The Reebok x Looney Tunes collection brings with it a harmony of Looney Tunes fun, along with frenetic characters. Added to this are products from Reebok’s archive to create a bold, unapologetic and exaggerated collection.
First off in the capsule is the footwear, which features the Classic Leather Legacy AZ. This limited-edition sneaker drops just in time for the Lunar New Year celebrations. It also includes its own custom shoebox to tie the collaboration together. The classic silhouette receives a makeover with Bugs Bunny, created from hairy suede material to resemble his fur.
The second sneaker in the collection is the Royal Techque T. This is based on the Wile E. Coyote character and ties in his passion for dynamite. Designed for the wearer to have a blast. Wile E. is featured via a patch on the tongue, along with various references to the character throughout the design.
For the apparel, it features a mix of products, across a unisex range for all adult sizes. The range includes crewnecks and t-shirts that feature signature Looney Tunes graphics along with characters to help you celebrate any moment all year long.
The Reebok x Looney Tunes Collection will firstly be available in China via Reebok.com.
The second part of the collection will be available in Spring (North)/Autumn (South) 2022. It will receive a global launch, extending the first capsule.
