Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Is GOOD – Let Go of Nostalgia

Netflix has finally revealed the launch date of its latest Marvel superhero series The Punisher. The show will start streaming on November 17th, the same day Justice League premieres in theatres.

The new trailer for the 13-episode series gives us a brief look at Frank Castle’s (Jon Bernthal) origins and the abuse he faced in the military. Netflix has promised a much harder R in the rating and it shows. This looks like a classical “man with guns” revenge story. Bernthal blew audiences away with his debut as the anti-hero in Daredevil Season 2 last year and he is back to do justice to his own spin-off series.

It’s difficult to tell if The Punisher will have on Justice League’s opening box office weekend. Which will you be watching first?

In Marvel’s The Punisher, after exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld. Now known throughout the city as The Punisher, he must discover the truth about injustices that affect more than his family alone.

There has been 2-3 punisher movies already but no justice league.

So obviously justice league and so far Marvel TV shows aren’t really that good so I hope punisher changes the game.

Been pretty disappointed with the Marvel tv shows except Daredevil. Will try maybe an episode and see how I like Punisher. As for Justice League, I am definitely watching that at least 3 times hehe.
