You’ll really want the Switch after watching gaming giant Nintendo’s first Super Bowl ad. It shows off some of the games heading to the new console.
It’s strange to think that Nintendo, who is one of the most well-known brands in the world, has never produced a Super Bowl ad. Well, that’s about to change.
Nintendo has released an extended cut of their new Super Bowl ad on YouTube. The ad, as one can probably guess, focuses on their new console, the Switch. It shows off some of the games that will be heading to the new console underscored by the thumping beat of ‘Believers’ by Imagine Dragons. Those that study the advert carefully will find quite a few easter eggs hidden within it. It’s not clear how much of the extended cut will feature in the final ad but there is no doubt that Nintendo is going all out in marketing the Switch.
We are truly excited for the release of the Switch. Let’s hope that Nintendo continues its strong marketing campaign.
