Battleborn has only been out for a couple of weeks and already players can look forward to a new hero Alani joining the battle.
Great news for Battleborn fans. On Tuesday, the 31st of May Alani (the warrior monk/ healer), the first of five free characters, will become available for all platforms. Players will be able to unlock her for 47,500 credits earned in-game. Digital Deluxe and Season Pass holders will be able to unlock her immediately using a hero key, and will also be able to play her early starting on the 24th of May 2016.
Alani was raised as a healer but was forced to take up the role as a warrior. She is all that remains of her order after the Jennerit Imperium stole the oceans from her world. Being born on a planet with vast oceans, Alani’s abilities revolve around her power to control water. She can use this ability to dish out pain or heal her allies.
It’s great to see that Gearbox is continuing to support Battleborn after its launch. Bring on more heroes and maps, please.
