Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, which was announced during The Game Awards, is coming exclusively to Nintendo’s Switch.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is being developed by Team Ninja, the developer behind the Ninja Gaiden series.
As with previous entries in the franchise, the game will feature characters such as Wolverine, Hulk and even The Guardians of the Galaxy.
The first Marvel Ultimate Alliance game released way back in 2006, with the sequel only seeing the light of day three years later.
The biggest surprise about the announcement was that the game would be heading exclusively to the Switch, as previous entries released on multiple platforms.
While the trailer obviously shows off the game’s supposedly new villains, The Black Order, we also get a glimpse at Sentinels. Heroes from across the Marvel-verse will once again have to team up to save everything they hold dear from The Black Order and stop Thanos from destroying everything.
Oh, and did we mention that he is shown wearing the Infinity Gauntlet gems and all? Things are about to get rough.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order is set to release sometime in 2019, and we can’t wait.
