Fans might not know this, but Academy Award nominee John Malkovich actually got his start in Hollywood as a costume designer. Now after a long hiatus, the actor is returning to his first love. This awesome new three-minute short film showcases the star’s journey – roaming the streets of Paris and sketching his fashion designs.
“I’m always a figure in someone else’s dream. I’d really rather sometimes make my own figures and make my own dreams,” Malkovich narrates. “I never made my life about what other people thought of me or what I should or shouldn’t do.”
