Netflix released the trailer for Frontier, which stars Jason Momoa, and premieres January 20th. It’s high on action and gives us a glimpse of what Momoa might do as Aquaman.
In 18th-century North America, ruthless trappers and entrepreneurs fight to wrest control of the fur trade from the mighty Hudson’s Bay Company. The series is an action-packed adventure drama following the chaotic and violent struggle to control wealth and power in the North American fur trade in the late 18th century. Frontier also stars Landon Liboiron and Alun Armstrong.
Frontier is co-created by Rob and Peter Blackie, and produced by Take The Shot Productions together with their partners at ASAP Entertainment, in association with Discovery, the exclusive Canadian broadcaster. Netflix is the international partner.
