Another day brings with it another Batman game rumour. This time it comes via a well-known voice actor, Roger Craig Smith, who worked on Batman: Arkham Origins (the game developed by Warner Bros. Montreal).
A recent tweet from the voice actor might be alluding to the rumoured Batman game Warner Bros. Montreal is supposedly working on. The tweet in question mentions how Smith is currently working on a brand new project he is not allowed to talk about (because, you know, NDA’s and stuff).
Super bummed to not be working on anything that I can’t tweet about right now because I can’t violate an NDA for something that I assure you does not exist.
And isn’t a video game.

So, what does this have to do with a new Batman game, you might ask? Well, writer Ryan Galletta commented on the tweet stating that he too is involved in this project. Now, for those who don’t know, Galletta penned Batman: Arkham Origins.
Even worse for me – I can’t not tweet about the nonexistent confidential project that we’re not working on together :'(

Soon after Galletta’s comment, Warner Bros. publicist Gary Miereanu chimed in and again teased his involvement in this mysterious project no one is allowed to talk about. The more intriguing part is that Miereanu’s tweet mentioned that they would be able to talk about the project soon.
Your publicist thanks you, and promises we’ll let the cat out of the bag reasonably soon.

As you know as with the many Batman game leaks and rumours out there, this should be taken with a grain of salt. But if there is one thing we’ve learned is that where there is smoke there is usually fire, or, in this case, a mysterious new Batman game.
