Spike TV has released the trailer for an upcoming documentary about legendary Australian actor Heath Ledger, titled I Am Heath Ledger, which features never-before-seen home footage of the late actor. And, of course, it’s heartbreaking!
“Even as a supporting actor, he will steal the whole show” echoes director Ang Lee in the trailer for I Am Heath Ledger, which features a lot of footage shot by Ledger himself, with interviews with family, close friends and collaborators spliced in between. Ledger is known for a plethora of movies including The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Brokeback Mountain, The Brothers Grimm, The Order, Monster’s Ball, The Patriot and, of course, his Academy Award performance as the Joker in The Dark Knight.
