Developer NetherRealms have finally released a Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay trailer showing the not-voiced-by-Arnie T-800 Terminator in action, and boy does he pack a punch (and a brutal shotgun).
The Mortal Kombat 11 Terminator gameplay trailer sees Arnie take on, among others, Jax, who he mistakes for another cyborg. Of course, Jax and the other Kombatants soon discover that the Terminator isn’t just another push over as we see him being brutally beaten, thrown and kicked by the T-800. The Terminator doesn’t only use his fists in battle as he also pulls out a sweet uzi, automatic rifle and shotgun, spraying his enemies with led.
The Terminator can also teleport quickly, getting behind his enemies.
One of the highlights of the trailer is seeing Scorpion setting Arnie alight to reveal his robotic skeleton, which, of course, continues to fight on.
The trailer ends with the Terminator firing a shotgun at Jax’s knees, activating a time sphere teleporting him to the future where a fellow T-800 finally deals the death blow (or rather shot).
Fortunately, although it isn’t’ Arnold Schwarzenegger doing the voice, the actor that was picked for the job seems to be doing a great job of sounding like everybody’s favourite action hero in Mortal Kombat 11.
