It was announced by Sterkinekor that South African gaming fans would be able to try out the PlayStation VR at the rAge 2016 expo from 7 – 9 October 2016.
Since it was first announced most gaming fans have been eagerly anticipating a chance to try out the PlayStation VR and those heading to rAge 2016 will finally be able to experience it.
According to Mario Dos Santos, CEO of Sterkinekor Entertainment, “PlayStation VR is yet another frontier conquered by PlayStation to further deepen the already immersive gaming experience and omnipresent landscape for the fans”.
Powered by cutting-edge technology, PS VR will allow gamers to play in ways and places never thought possible thanks to an advanced, custom OLED screen that displays images at a super-smooth 120Hz, 360-degree vision, and true 3D audio.
Debuting titles for PS VR will include RIGS Mechanized Combat League, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood, Here They Lie, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Batman: Arkham VR, PlayStation VR Worlds and much more.
Various PlayStation 4 titles will also be playable on the show floor, such as Batman: Return to Arkham, LEGO Dimensions, Gran Turismo Sport, Gravity Rush 2 and World of Warriors.
