Speculation was rife that Battlefield V was being developed and now publisher EA has confirmed this with a new teaser trailer.
The Battlefield V teaser trailer is only a mere 10 seconds long and, while it doesn’t reveal much, we do get to see the face of a grizzled soldier/pilot which seems to indicate a World War II setting. This could be further confirmed by the Union Jack and German Balkenkreuz icons at the top of the screen.
The trailer announces that the game’s official reveal will be on Wednesday the 23rd of May at 1 PM PT / 4PM ET / 9 PM BST (2 PM AET). The live-stream reveal will be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah and will showcase the development team’s vision for the game, more details about it, and hopefully some actual gameplay.
We love the idea of returning to a World War II setting again in Battlefield V.
