THQ Nordic announced that the weird and zany alien game from 2005, Destroy All Humans!, will be getting a remake.
Destroy All Humans!, a game about an alien basically causing havoc on Earth, is set to receive a complete remake. This is not a remaster as the developer stated that the game will be remade from scratch.
The game will still have the same content as the 2005 game but with a brand new coat of paint using the latest tech available. This means that, although the game will still be the same game you might have played back in the day, it will have improved controls and visuals.
Destroy All Humans! will also implement a lot of the mechanics found in the sequel which makes sense. It was also suggested that the game would most probably take longer than the original to complete. This could be because the game’s open-world might include some new activities.
Along with the announcement, the developer also released a rocking trailer featuring the music of German metallers Rammstein. The trailer shows the game’s protagonist Crypto as he causes all kinds of trouble for our fellow human beings.
Destroy All Humans! is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC sometime next year.
