The rumours were true. 505 Games have announced that they will bring the PlayStation 4 exclusive, Death Stranding, to PC on June 2, 2020.
The PC version of Death Stranding will come packed with new features, including a photo mode, higher frame rate support and some creepy Half-Life cosmetics.
The cosmetics are a tied in with the upcoming Half-Life VR game, Alyx, which stars the titular Alyx Vance. These cosmetics will include Alyx’s gloves as seen in the recent trailer for the VR game, a headcrab hat, and the iconic valve from the Valve logo, which Sam Bridges can don on the back of his head.
The announcement was made with a trailer showcasing some of the cosmetics and features the PC version of the game will include.
Since its release on Playstation 4, Death Stranding has had fans divided. There are those who see the game as a glorified Fed-Ex simulator, while others believe it to be a masterpiece. Hate it or love it, there is no denying that you’ll probably have to play the game yourself in order to make up your own mind.
