Thanks to an image posted online it would seem that DC’s big bad Darkseid will be making an appearance in Injustice 2.
The promo seems to indicate that Darkseid will be available as a pre-order bonus for Injustice 2.
“Pre-order Injustice 2 to play as Darkseid, one of the greatest villains in the universe. Available at launch.”
Darkseid is the ruler of planet Apokolips and spends his days (and nights) trying to conquer the universe and eliminating free will. He is one of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe and also one of the most well-known, this news could understandably upset a few DC fans and fans of the game. Should this be true, hopefully, Darkseid will be available at a later stage for those who did not pre-order the game. We can’t wait to see Darkseid’s Omega beams in action, Supes better watch out.
The game is set to release on the 16th of May 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
