Watch: Daisy Ridley Shows Off Her Lightsaber Skills

As this new clip shows, Daisy Ridley (who plays Rey, the main focus of the sequel trilogy) is doing quite a bit of lightsaber training for the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VIII.

Rey’s journey will continue in the upcoming Star Wars: Episode VIII, where she will seemingly train under the guidance of Luke Skywalker. It is safe to assume that Rey will be wielding a lightsaber at some point in Episode VIII.

So @liangstunts (TRAITOR) is WUSHU FRICKING MASTER and I always try to get him to teach me things… This was today!!! Obvs not great but HE'S amazing and he's also featured at the end ??? our stunt team are the most incredible group of people, so lucky I get to train with them!
