Following shortly on the release of the Chuck Taylor All Star II Gum, which included the Nike Lunarlon insole, Converse has introduced the all new Chuck Taylor All Star X Nike Flyknit.
The new silhouette forms part of the Fall/Winter ’17 collection and marks the first incorporation of Nike’s Flyknit technology into the Converse brand’s footwear. The result, a truly innovative version of the classic Chuck Taylor icon. The incorporation of the new technology features a breathable upper while keeping your feet light and cool no matter the weather.
In addition to the integration of the Flyknit upper, the All Star X Nike Flyknit also includes a sleek TPU fused toe cap so there’s no sacrifice on style. And as with the Chuck Taylor All Star II Gum, the sneaker includes the Nike Lunarlon inner and welded micro suede upper, making the collection extremely comfortable, over and above the stylish new look.
The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star X Nike Flyknit is available in various colours, which include Black/Storm Wind, Wolf Grey/Cool Grey, Green Glow/Rio Teal, Casino/Rhubarb, White Mono and True Indigo/Soar. The sneaker is available countrywide at Converse stores and selected retailers at a retail price of R1,699.
