Week 40, 03 – 09 October, sees the release of quite a few major series on Blu-ray including Vikings: Season 4, The Venture Bros. Season 6, Penny Dreadful: The Final Season, Constantine: The Complete Series, American Horror Story: Season 5, and Preacher: Season One. The one blockbuster movie release this week is the latest in the X-Men franchise, X-Men: Apocalypse. The animated film, Batman: Under the Red Hood and Batman: Under the Red Hood Graphic Novel Blu-ray will also be available. Also released this week, in commemoration of the late great, Prince, which includes Purple Rain, Under the Cherry Moon, and Graffiti Bridge.

There have also been a frew announcements regarding Blu-ray releases, with Korra: The Complete Series Blu-ray on the 13th December, Baked in Brooklyn Blu-ray on 29th November, Zaza (1923) Blu-ray in early 2017, and Mechanic: Resurrection 4K Blu-ray on 22nd November.
