The new two-and-half minute trailer for Avengers: Endgame features Brie Larson’s character meeting Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) as they assemble to correct the wrongs of Thanos’ destructive finger-snap in Avengers: Infinity War.
Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) narrates the first part of the new trailer with much of the same footage we’ve seen before. Then we later see that Tony Stark is on Earth with the other Avengers, meaning he finds a way back home fairly early on in the film. The surviving Avengers on Earth, including Captain America, Black Widow, Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man, Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel, and Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye are working on a way to reverse the mess from the previous film and bring back the missing heroes, including Spider-Man, Black Panther, Doctor Strange, and Star-Lord.
From one record-breaking blockbuster to another, Marvel is looking to have its biggest year yet.
“The answer may be in overwhelming power, thanks to Captain Marvel, or in the tiniest spaces between atoms accessible to Ant-Man. Avengers: Endgame will rewrite the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it. When it’s all over, nothing will be the same.”
Kevin Feige produces Avengers: Endgame, and Anthony and Joe Russo are the directors. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo, Trinh Tran, Jon Favreau and Stan Lee are the executive producers, and Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely wrote the screenplay.
