Mr. Sunday Movies is back to bring us a recap of the X-Men: Apocalypse deleted scenes. According to the Youtube video, there were several scenes that got deleted or shortened. Here is their list of the ideas that didn’t make the cut.
X-Men: Apocalypse like all films has it’s fair share of deleted scenes, moments deemed so unimportant or crap they didn’t make the final cut. That’s what this video is about! Plus a whole lot of rejected concepts.
We’re talking an alternate use of Wolverine other than him showing up in the Weapon X scene, different designs for both Psylocke and Apocalypse as well as some concept art that hints towards a comic book style mode of transport.
There’s also confirmation of a couple of X-Men: Apocalypse deleted scenes including a mall montage sequence with the young X-Men, a touching moment featuring Michael Fassbender’s Magneto and an improved moment from Nicholas Hoult that couldn’t possibly be included. All this and more in the video that is above this! Get into it or don’t, regardless thanks for the support.
Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE.
Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. Upon awakening after thousands of years, he is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto (Michael Fassbender), to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign. As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X (James McAvoy) must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction.
