“At the current price this game is retailing at, I would give Rugby 18 a pass and grab Tru Blu’s Rugby Challenge 3 at a reduced price instead” – Rugby 18

  2. RIAZ

Eko Software has tried to inject new life into this series but unfortunately, Rugby 18 is another disappointing attempt at a rugby game.

  3. Alwynne Baatjies

The sound of the tyres screeching and engines revving all sound authentic and add to the overall visual appeal. – Gran Turismo Sport

  4. Geoff Murphy

“Horizon Zero Dawn is a special game. It is visually stunning, it has a great combat system, and an interesting narrative.”

  5. Chris Stapleton

However, if you are looking to build your dinosaur empire and become the dino-whisperer you’ve always wanted to be, Ark: Survival Evolved might just be the game for you.

  6. Jody Denny

“You actually need to know about it in real life if you want to make a go in this virtual world! I spent a large chunk of my very hard earned profits to buy some sheep and lost half of them to frost bite. And the game wouldn’t let me sell them as pre-frozen packs… some simulator this is…”

  7. hassan

The lack of any kind of tutorial means you learn through trial and error, and there is A LOT of error, but once you start understanding the game, it’s actually a very easy process to upgrade and improve your rig.

  8. Farryl Meyer

“Horizon Zero Dawn is a special game. It is visually stunning, it has a great combat system, and an interesting narrative. It manages to take all theses elements and make them work together in perfect unison.”

  9. Threshal

While Ark: Survival Evolved might be a complete and utter grind fest marred with convoluted menus and graphical bugs, I still couldn’t help myself from continually playing it.

  10. Andrea Naidoo

The splendour is not only restricted to the cinematic intro but the menus and in-game graphics are surprisingly just as polished and attractive

  11. Rudi Martin

Eko Software has tried to inject new life into this series but unfortunately, Rugby 18 is another disappointing attempt at a rugby game.

  12. Swayam Maharaj

“When I heard about Eko Software’s Rugby 18, I was really hoping that we would finally get the rugby game all the die-hard fans have been waiting for. I was wrong.” – Rugby 18

  13. Susara Lecoq

Rugby 18 has licenses to most of the major international teams, including the All Blacks and Springboks, however, Ireland and Argentina are not included.

  14. Vishen Sewpersadh

“It’s during her childhood that an accidental tumble down a hole in the ground causes her to discover something amazing (and no it is not the Batcave, although that would have been awesome).”

  15. Denise Simons

It’s been 4 years since the previous instalment and I was ready to dust off my racing gloves, start the engine and hit the asphalt again.

  16. Raphael Bornman

Matterfall is a feast for the eyes with enemies exploding into thousands of beautiful voxels when finding themselves on the wrong side of your blaster

  17. Riaan Klip

    From Matterfall Review:

“Your mission is to shoot, kill and destroy the robots that have been driven insane by an alien substance… “

  18. Basheer Abrahams

Ark: Survival Evolved is a crafting and survival game that drops you on an island with nothing but your wits, bare fists, and a little piece of cloth to protect your modesty.

  19. Judith Joubert

“Do you need to fight off alien teenagers making crop circles on a night out, joy riding their parental units’ space ship?

Do giant meat-eating worms swallow up a paddock of cows?

    The simple answer is No.

    Nothing like that.

It is just what it says it is. You are a farmer…”

“I chose America, cos dang it, I like America!” – Farming Simulator (Donny Chang)

That’s the winning line. This guy beats me up. I don’t even know what Farming Simulator is, but after that, I don’t care what people say, I want to farm!! Dang it!! He spiced up my Tuesday.

    Thank you Donny.

    Thank. You.

  20. Timothy Europa

“As you evolve from stone club wielding savage to automatic rifle wielding savage, you will slowly unlock new levels and crafting recipes.”

  21. Alecia Snyman

“Your mission is to shoot, kill and destroy the robots that have been driven insane by an alien substance… oh, and to save some civilians along the way.”

  22. Ruandre Janse Van Rensburg

“And when one of your best strategies to capture a large dinosaur is to get it stuck on the environment, you know there is a problem.” This works in so many games hahaha :D

  23. Anton

This might sound easy but, thanks to the game’s obtuse nature, I spent most of my first few hours trying to figure out how to do what and where to find the resources required just to survive my first night in this inhospitable place.

  24. Theuns

“As you evolve from stone club wielding savage to automatic rifle wielding savage, you will slowly unlock new levels and crafting recipes.” – ARK

  25. Charl Lingenfelder

“Being able to ‘convince’ a robot, that only a few moments ago wanted to tear your flesh from your bones, to fight alongside you is truly satisfying.” – Horizon Zero Dawn

  26. Shane Dale

That’s right, Ark: Survival Evolved lets you tame and ride dinosaurs.

this was one of the first reviews i had read and seen about the game and i laughed so hard at it!

  27. Richard

You climb in and the worst first day on the job begins. I’m not sure if it’s a malfunction or if it’s the way everyone gets converted, but the entire conversion happens while you are awake!

  28. terror

“Unless you are actually thinking of becoming a farmer, I would say rather spend your money on something else.” Farming Sim 2017

  29. Quintin Schutte

“While the continuous grinding and gathering might not be to every player’s liking, most will forget all the toiling as soon as they climb onto their first dinosaur.”

  30. riyaadh

“Horizon Zero Dawn might be Guerilla Games first foray into open world games, but there is no doubt that they have created something special.” HZD

  31. Zabs

“Visually, Matterfall is a feast for the eyes with enemies exploding into thousands of beautiful voxels when finding themselves on the wrong side of your blaster.” Matterfall

  32. Desi

The splendour is not only restricted to the cinematic intro but the menus and in-game graphics are surprisingly just as polished and attractive

  33. Rushannah Job

“However, if you are looking to build your dinosaur empire and become the dino-whisperer you’ve always wanted to be, Ark: Survival Evolved might just be the game for you.”

  34. Riaaz Botha

“Like Lords of the Fallen, The Surge is another rock-solid souls-a-like, losing a little of its predecessor’s strong storytelling and atmosphere, but gaining from the change from fantasy to sci-fi and the ingenious mech smashing and harvesting upgrade system. It’s not quite on the same level as the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne or Nioh, but that’s more down to the lore and art style than the brilliant gameplay. If you like the sound of a gritty dystopian take on Dark Souls, The Surge is an easy game to recommend.”

  35. Jacques

“let’s hope that a big publisher like EA Sports can grab the opportunity and release the rugby game we have all been waiting for.” Rugby 18. So many lol’s

  36. Ramona

All these struggles are worth it though as you slowly build up your base and pool of resources until you are finally able to tame your first dinosaur. That’s right, Ark: Survival Evolved lets you tame and ride dinosaurs.

  37. Albertus van Rensburg

Gran Turismo Sport is the start of a new era for the renowned racing series. It’s a bit of the old with a lot of cool new features. A few minor tweaks to the game’s engine, and the next instalment could possibly lead the series into pole position.

  38. Conrad Stoltz

For example, Mayhem grants Hollywood the ability to turn the battlefield into a Michael Bay-gasm as explosions rain down on his enemies and thumping music fills the air. ( Agents of Mayhem)

  39. Terence

While Ark: Survival Evolved might be a complete and utter grind fest marred with convoluted menus and graphical bugs, I still couldn’t help myself from continually playing it.

  40. Nicolette Nunes

“Horizon Zero Dawn is a special game. It is visually stunning, it has a great combat system, and an interesting narrative.”

  41. lauren gerber

“Horizon Zero Dawn is a special game. It is visually stunning, it has a great combat system, and an interesting narrative.”

  42. Moosa karim

“You wake up literally on a scrap heap, with a buzzard type drone trying to pull the good bits off you.” The Surge Review

  43. Michelle Hercules

“Although each hero does have their fair share of interesting abilities, it’s the showy and over the top Mayhem special abilities that will leave most of your foes lying face down on the tarmac.” Agents of Mayhem

  44. Jevon Johnson

Visually, Matterfall is a feast for the eyes with enemies exploding into thousands of beautiful voxels when finding themselves on the wrong side of your blaster.

  45. Jevon Johnson

Visually, Matterfall is a feast for the eyes with enemies exploding into thousands of beautiful voxels when finding themselves on the wrong side of your blaster.

  46. Ryan Quevauvilliers

It also only offers three camera angles, which disappointingly do not include any side views. After every stoppage, there is an annoying screen that appears which is rather unnecessary.

  47. Adriaan Van Niekerk

“Horizon Zero Dawn might be Guerilla Games first foray into open world games, but there is no doubt that they have created something special.”

  48. Dehan Martin

“The graphics in Rugby 18 is a major step up from the previous instalments but is still not on par with other leading sporting games like FIFA or the NBA2K series.”

  49. Renata Noble

Visually, Matterfall is a feast for the eyes with enemies exploding into thousands of beautiful voxels when finding themselves on the wrong side of your blaster. The thumping soundtrack and bright colours quickly had me finding my rhythm as I jumped, shot and dashed my way through each level.
