With only a few more weeks left before the launch of the Nintendo Switch, a retailer has accidentally sent out a unit to one lucky Nintendo fan.

The lucky fan who got their hands on the Nintendo Switch early is NeoGAF user hiphoptherobot who has posted some images and a video detailing the Switch’s operating system. According to hiphoptherobot, the unit was shipped to him by an unnamed store which means he has been able to get his hands on the Switch two weeks before it’s official launch.

The video that he posted shows the initial setup of the Switch and some of the menu settings. The setup looks quick and easy and I am quite the fan of the minimalist menu system. One thing to note is that the system seems to have 25.9GB of free space which can be expanded with a microSDXC card up to 2TB.

The Switch is considered by Nintendo as a “hybrid” console. It is designed primarily as a home console with the main Console unit inserted onto a docking station to connect to a television. Alternatively, the Console can be removed from the Dock and function similar to a personal tablet computer through its LCD touchscreen, or placed in a standalone tabletop mode to be playable by several people.

The Switch is launching on the 3rd of March 2017, and we can hardly keep our excitement contained.
