Offering easy access to innovative products and a world-class service
Samsung Electronics South Africa is proud to announce the opening of its 10th Experience Store at The Glen Shopping Centre, the first situated in the South of Johannesburg. This strategic expansion drive is another way which Samsung is making its connected lifestyle solutions more accessible and to offer the most consumer centric experience, within a retail environment.
“There is no doubt that customers today expect more from the brands they support, not only from the product but from an overall brand perspective. We are proud to have been named the number one Consumer Electronic Company for the third year running in the 2013 Sunday Times Top Brands Survey and are confident that this new store will provide our loyal consumers with the ideal setting to interact with our solutions,” says Michelle Potgieter, Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Samsung Electronics SA.
The Glen Experience Store will offer Samsung’s range of mobile devices, audio visual solutions and an extensive range of premium household appliances. In addition, immediate servicing of client requirements will be simplified by on-site Samsung representatives who are available to undertake mobile phone upgrades or to facilitate bookings with the closest Smart Care Service Centre, on behalf of customers.
“Our product solutions are uniquely connected and there is no better way to experience our Smart Life eco-system and appreciate how these technologies can enhance your lifestyle, all in one setting. Unique bundling options and promotions are also available through the outlet to offer customers additional value,” adds Potgieter.
Samsung is continuously engaging with additional retail hubs nationwide to expand its current footprint to create more convenient buying experiences for all consumers.
“We are focused on providing an integrated customer experience and these stores are testament to our commitment to offer easy access to our full range of signature products – in more locations across the country,” concludes Potgieter.
