Manuganu is a 3D side-scroller running game, in which you control the boy “Manuganu”.

Unlike other usual running games, Manuganu brings on the “Halt feature” to avoid swinging rocks, hammers, flames and other enemies with the right timing. Another important feature of this cool mobile game is the ability to switch from “running” mode to “rope climbing” mode when needed. But be careful! This mode has its own challenges.

The storyline is basic, but gameplay gets more intense as you unlock more abilities as the game progresses. The story is set in 3 different worlds that each has its own unique and wonderful feel, and carries much of the story with just the visuals.

The only thing that gets a bit irritating is the music. Sounds effects are cool, but you get the same little song repeated throughout the game, no matter what world you are in. It just repeats. Although catchy, it does get old after a few plays. You can switch it off though if you so wish.

Manuganu is a very addictive little game that helps time fly when in need of distraction. Although not the most advanced or technically challenging game ever, its smooth game play and decent graphics makes you come back to this game more than you thought you would. The little character is adorable and the beautiful 3D worlds created look awesome and have a sort of magical feel to them.
