Power Rangers' Elizabeth Banks has taken to Twitter claiming that Cate Blanchett's Hela stole her look for Thor: Ragnarok.

Yesterday we saw the release of Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok trailer which featured Cate Blanchett as the villain, Hela. Now, Power Rangers‘ Elizabeth Banks has taken to Twitter claiming they stole her look.

Banks posted side-by-side images of herself as Rita Repulsa and Cate Blanchett’s Hela, calling for fans to draw comparisons between the two characters.

Is she just having fun or is this the beginning of a feud? While it’s hard to believe that Marvel would steal the look from another film, the characters do look rather similar.

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk!

Thor: Ragnarök hammers into theatres November 3.
