Converse Partners With Tyler, The Creator For Latest Golf Le Fleur* Drop

Converse has extended their partnership with rapper, “Tyler, The Creator”, with their latest collaborative design partnership through an update of the previous range from Tyler’s signature Golf Le Fleur* collection of footwear. The reimagination features all new colourways for the Converse X Golf Le Fleur* range.

A few years back Tyler, The Creator had a vision and dream to launch a new line of sneaker as a fit for his Golf brand. This line of sneakers was named “Golf Le Fleur*”. Converse and Tyler decided to join forces to make turn this vision into a reality, and from there the Golf Le Fleur* collection was born. In this partnership, Tyler and Converse celebrate the daring spirit of youth, while encouraging freedom of expression and serving up platforms to creatively share their bold ideas with the world. Tyler is well-known for his creative and dynamic influences, along with his authenticity and integrity in everything he touches. This is what he aims to bring into the latest collection.

The Golf Le Fleur* One Star silhouette is redesigned in a premium two-tone suede in various colourways. These include PINK/ORANGE, BLUE/RED, PINK/BLUE and PURPLE/GREEN. The design is finished off with a rubber outsole, which is dipped in flowers. The sneaker’s design is extended to the sockliner, which featured a cushy finish that is said to give your foot a hug, along with a padded collar and tongue for additional comfort.

The Converse X Golf Le Fleur* Two-Tone sneaker collection will be available for R1,599.95. The sneaker drops today, 1 June 2018, and will be available at Converse stores and select retailers across the country.
