Adam Boyes, PlayStation’s VP of Third Party Relations has announced via Twitter that he would be leaving his position at PlayStation. Adam Boyes Announces He’s Leaving PlayStation
Boyes also made the announcement on the PlayStation Blog stating that he would be returning to the development side of the industry.
“After an incredible journey here at PlayStation, I’ve made the very hard decision to return to the world of game development,”
He was a familiar presence at Sony’s E3 conferences and has been with the PlayStation brand for four years. Making the decision to leave was a difficult one according to Boyes, but seeing how interesting and dynamic the development space has become made him want to return to it.
“It’s been an amazing run. I’ve been here for over four years and had an incredible, incredible experience here. And I want to go make games again. That’s basically the next chapter of Adam’s story, is making games,”
There has been no announcement made of where Boyes might be heading next, but we wish him all the best in his future endeavors and look forward to seeing what he does next.
Below is a video that Boyes was part of showing just how easy it is sharing games on PlayStation 4.
