The Top 25 Movies in South Africa in 2015

cinemas

The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) has released its South African Box Office Report for the period of January to December 2015. Gross Box Office saw an impressive growth of 36% (R1.2 billion for the year), even though there was a price hike on cinema tickets by exhibitors. I’ll give you two guesses for which film is at the top of the list. No, it’s not Leon Schuster’s Shcuks! Pay Back the Money. No, it’s not Star Wars either.
