Saw this last night and it is amazing just how much a difference something so simple makes.

..why would someone “fix” Michael Bay’s turtles? IT’S HIS INTERPRETATION.
..i’m not really a fan of Bay, but people who want the original turtles should just go watch the original, or create their own movie.

..the only permanent thing in this world is change. get over it. -_-

it is his interpretation, but they are ugly as sin. if someone wants to “fix” them, they have the freedom to do so.

    … … …OH, IRONY!!!, lol.

By the way, since Bay is already “fixing” the turtles to his own interpretation, I don’t understand why you get so upset when someone does a little fix to the fix, so to speak.

To be honest I don’t care about those noses at all, I’m gonna watch that movie day one, it looks pretty good (so far).

My two cents (if it’s even worth that)…

Don’t fix that which is NOT broken. Hollywood is in the habit of rebooting and reimagining everything and people are getting sick of it. Including me. These Turtles are Bay’s interpretation? Can there really an interpretation of something that has already been established, founded, grounded? I think some liberties are necessary for story telling in a different era, but changing something so iconic as a Ninja Turtle’s face just because of semantics? Really? As a rule of thumb, you never add modern parts to a classic car. Never. My children (ages 6 & 4) have seen the cartoons and movies and have even played with my vintage Ninja Turtle toys. I showed them Bay’s trailer and they looked like deer staring into headlights. My eldest responded to Michelangelo’s face saying, “He’s an ugly Ninja Turtle”. Is there really something wrong with the standard face? We’re already talking about something as ridiculous a hybrid turtle-man who knows ninjutsu. Are we being so picky that we need to add lips and nostrils to make it more believable? I love what this person has done with Photoshop and I can tell you one thing – I’d be a lot more excited for this movie if the Turtles looked like that.

to be honest I like both interpretations. The original ones were looking small and childish. And this one is looking huge and will suit well for audience of present generation. Lip or no Lip, I don’t care. All I want it to be action packed and anyone misses Casey Jones here. I would love to see him with his mask on teaming up with turtles fighting crime. And above all screwing Megan Fox.
